![]() ![]() I was able to get this functioning using the suggestion from dobey and a link on compiling pyQT for python2.7. Linux mint uses PyQt3 and Kubuntu uses PyQt4. Pip-2.6 and easyinstall-2.6 are also unable to install PyQt4 due to the lack of a setup.py file. I am having problems getting the 'qt' module to load in python2.7 in Kubuntu 14.4 (Trusty) but it loads fine in Linux mint 13 (Maya).
